I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was on top of everything, even the elevator was cleaned when we used it in the morning after our first night. We walked into our room after checkin and was also pleasantly surprised that it actually smelled good and not that musty smell you get sometimes. The front desk staff were accommodating and very friendly. The pool area was also very clean, as was the pool. The location was great, as we were there for bike fest and it wasn’t far from downtown. I would say my only complaint was the continental breakfast. It wasn’t hot because they didn’t light the sternos under the pans. I’m sure it was hot when they first put it out but we went a little late to breakfast. But you could make your own waffles that would be hot. I had the eggs and homefries. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay there again.

This BW plus is one of the cleanest hotels I have been at. I stayed 2 nights w my sister who was house hunting in Leesburg. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful. We checked in with Jordan. She answered all our questions and was so sweet and loving. Also very knowledgeable, giving us tips about areas to visit. The breakfast is excellent with a good variety. The eating area is clean, cozy and relaxing. We did not use the pool, the fitness room is also immaculate and the equipment seems brand new. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Breakfast was included and was as I expected having stayed at this level of hotel before. It had a small steam table with scrambled eggs & breafast meat selections. There was also a waffle maker, a pancake maker, a yogurt maker, a selection of small pastries, cereals, fruit, juices, & coffee.
